We are a newly established law firm with a large team of some of the best lawyers in the market. Our lawyers have extensive expertise in the field of construction law and have worked with everything from project start-ups, ongoing advice, to acting as representatives in disputes. Our team has broad experience in both large and medium-sized construction and consulting disputes as well as disputes related to real estate transactions and industry.

We bring together one of the market's largest and most experienced groups in construction law and create our own, specialized and flexible law firm, with a focus on the client. As a newly started firm, we have the opportunity to do the right thing from the start with a staff structure that is adapted to meet the client's needs and unique circumstances. By tailoring the team and our efforts to the specific case, we have the opportunity to put resources where they are useful and create the greatest possible value for our clients.

Where we come from
Most of us come from one of Sweden's largest business law firms, where we have worked with everything in contracting for many years. Largely with resolving disputes and providing ongoing advice on projects. We have experience in representing clients, developers, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and technical consultants. We know what clients appreciate, need and what they lack.
Why now
We have worked side by side for many years and know how we work together. Now we are shaping an agency according to how we ourselves think assignments should be run: specialized, close and long-term. We believe that this is what more actors are looking for today – an agency that knows its field in depth rather than one that does everything.
Where we are going
We want to be the agency that the industry turns to for contracting issues. We build this on long-term relationships, honest statements about what we do and don't do, and knowledge that we share with you at our own table. Sometimes also in industry media, in legal publications, and on stage.
